Aptolix is offered as a subscription-based platform. We want you to be confident trying the platform — below is our policy for refunds and trial periods.

  1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the first payment. This applies to subscriptions purchased directly through aptolix.com or our approved billing partners.

    To request a refund, contact connect@aptolix.com with your account or order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

  2. Free Trial / Early Access

    If we offer a free trial or early access program, the trial terms (duration, included usage) will be outlined at signup. Trial usage limits apply — overages during a trial may not be refundable.

  3. Subscription renewals

    Subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund after the 7-day guarantee period has expired. You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing; your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

  4. Exceptions and platform items

    Refunds do not apply to purchases made outside Aptolix’s approved checkout channels, or to third-party fees. We may refuse refunds for accounts found to be in material breach of our Terms (for example, misuse of the platform or violation of content rules).

    If you purchased via an authorized reseller or third-party platform, refunds and returns may be subject to that provider’s policies.
